Years ago, we noticed a recurring issue: individuals with complex or sensitive health conditions were struggling to tolerate even the most reputable professional-grade supplements. One of our founders, Erin Flynn, was among them. After being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions, she found herself reacting to nearly everything she put into her body—including supplements that were supposed to help. At the same time, Dr. TJ Williams was beginning his work in functional medicine and was frustrated by the inconsistency in how patients responded to the supplements he recommended, despite them being from trusted professional brands.
